 Someday soon I am going to perfect these little bite size treats and I'll post a blog about all of my trial and errors (there have been A LOT.) These looked and tasted fantastic but were a little hollow on the inside, which I believe is from over meringuing the meringue. They are so delicate and finicky but they're fun to play with. This was Maguire and I's first time making these together and she loved them!
